The Design Process
We follow a four phase process to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency; Our process begins with a discovery phase where we research and plan everything clearly, then a creative phase where all visual elements are designed and approved, then a technical phase where the visual elements are brought to life, and finally a review and launch phase.
What to Expect
1. Submit an order form.
2. Consultation
During your consultation, a professional designer will asses your needs and help you come up with the most creative ideas and concepts for your design.
Tell us about your company or product. To create an effective design for you, we need to completely understand your company/product. Tell our consultants about your goals, and the message you want to communicate. Correspondence is essential to ensure that we are effectively working towards the same goal.
After your consultation your designer will provide you with a complimentary proposal to ensure that there is an understanding of what to expect and both you and your designer are working toward the same design concept. The proposal contains a detailed description of the project, production schedule and the terms of payment
3. Review your samples.
Within a few days, your designer will provide you with an initial design concept based on your consultation. You may choose to move forward with it as is, or as a good starting point. Remember that we will make any changes you want to see while working toward the same goal and within the same concept. Useful feedback will help your designer create your design perfectly. Tell us what you like or dislike about the initial design, and what changes you would like to see to your design direction.
4. Revisions.
Your designer will then make the necessary revisions based on your feedback. You will have unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your design.
5. Approve your final design.
At any point in the design process, you may choose your final design. You may decide that the initial concept is perfect, or you may make your choice after a couple of revisions. Your new design will then be transformed into its final format. (For web design, your design will be coded into HTML and uploaded to our servers, ready to be visited by millions of online web surfers.)
